You shouldn’t need a license to be a good Samaritan

This piece details an incident that occurred on October 7th, 2022 regarding an out-of-state roofer named Terence Duque who was arrested in Charlotte County, Florida, after providing roofing services for a local homeowner in the wake of Hurricane Ian.
